1. Shipping methods
- Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / SF): fastest, suited to samples and urgent small batches.
- Air freight: balanced cost and transit time for medium volumes.
- Sea freight (LCL / FCL): most economical for large or heavy shipments.
The recommended method is included in each quotation based on volume, weight and destination.
2. Dispatch lead time
Stock items: typically dispatched within 3–7 working days after payment. Production items: as stated in the quotation. Lead time starts after the deposit is received and all technical details are confirmed.
3. Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list and, where applicable, certificates of conformity and test reports are provided with the shipment. Additional certification required by destination customs can be arranged on request.
4. Tracking
Tracking numbers are issued at dispatch and shared by email. We will follow up on any transit exception reported by the carrier.
5. Customs and duties
Import duties, value-added tax and customs clearance charges at destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We provide accurate declared values and HS codes to support clearance.
6. Receiving your goods
Please inspect the packaging on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, then contact us within 7 days with photographs so we can raise a claim.
