1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to stock and freight confirmation.

2. Orders & lead time

Production lead time is confirmed per order. Shipping schedules are estimates and may vary by carrier and customs.

3. Payment

Standard terms are 30% deposit with balance before shipment, or as agreed in writing.

4. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the datasheet. Faulty items are repaired or replaced.

5. Returns

Returns require prior agreement and must be in original packaging.
