These terms apply to quotations, orders and supplies made through www.tktikzx.com.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated, and are subject to stock availability, component pricing and freight confirmation at the time of order.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it in writing and receive the agreed deposit. Specifications (model, quantity, packaging, certifications) are as stated in the order confirmation.

3. Payment

Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Acceptable payment methods are stated on the invoice.

4. Lead time

Lead time is confirmed per order: typically 3–7 working days for stock items, and per quotation for production items. Lead time starts from receipt of the deposit and confirmation of all technical details.

5. Shipping & risk

Shipping is arranged by express, air or sea freight as agreed. Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterms. Import duties and taxes at destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

6. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty stated on the datasheet. Within the warranty period, verified defective items will be repaired or replaced. Damage caused by improper installation, use outside specification, or unauthorised modification is excluded.

7. Returns

Returns require our prior written agreement and must be in original, undamaged packaging with complete accessories and documentation. Freight for non-quality returns is at the buyer’s cost.

8. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, strikes or carrier disruptions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
